Black Bean Salad

Combine:

1 can drained black beans
1.5 cups frozen corn (thawed)
1 c chopped tomato
1/2 c oil-and-vinegar dressing
1/2 c chopped cilantro
1/4 c red onion, diced

Serve that mixture over lettuce, with crushed tortilla chips and grilled pork or chicken strips.
