Shrimp Salad

In a bowl, combine 3 diced green onions, grape tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, chickpeas, basil, and dill.

In a pan, combine 2 T olive oil, 3 T butter, 1/2 pound shrimp, sweet chili sauce, and garlic.

In individual serving bowls, layer spinach leaves, cold ingredients, hot ingredients, and sprinkle top with feta.
